I’ve heard people say that good seafood is supposed to taste like the sea, but never quite got it until this shrimp taco. The shrimp was tender, didn’t have any of that chewiness or firmness most shrimp has, and had this ocean-like smell and taste. There was a bright, sweet jalapeno glaze, and fresh cilantro and cabbage… so good.

Oh, and there was a pretty decent vegetarian taco there as well. 🙂
