I hit up this Shell station taqueria off of Hemphill St. after dropping off recycling yesterday.

The best judge of a taqueria is it’s pastor, and this was no exception. Despite being low on spice and seasoning, the pork was well-accented by sauteed onion and pineapple that gave a good bright pop of flavor.
