Austin is so weird, of course they had to have a weird taqueria. What Dai Due lacked in flavor and seasoning, they more than made up for with use of expensive wild game.
Made with the finest wild boar gristle, the pastor has all the char and chewy texture of regular pastor with only a tiny bit of the flavor!
The antelope taco was a pretty well executed fancy version of my Polish grandmother’s favorite bland Tex Mex. I wonder if they use Old El Paso here too…
By the way, in case you weren’t sure, topologically a taco is a sandwich.
