I still have a few pre-outbreak taco experiences to share. One was a trip into Ridgmar Mall to try Taco Masters.


It’s not often a mall-based eatery sports a “best of” certificate from a local magazine, but I suppose their self-proclaimed mastery had to come from some affirmation of their self-confidence.

I’m a pastor Stan and honestly theirs was middle of the road. Their asada was fantastic, though. Tender, meaty, savory, and simple.
