Taqueria Guerrero is the name of a truck posted up in my neighborhood at the strip mall in front of Dollar General, a car rental place, and a bingo parlor.
Cash only and open from ten to ten, they boast a typical selection of meats available for your taco selection. I went with pastor and carnitas, and a big icy cup of horchata to go with.
Plenty of cilantro, radish, and onion topped the tacos and have some great crunch and freshness to the tacos. The seasoning didn’t stand out on either, but the red hot sauce was pretty intense, the horchata was creamy and reminded me a bit of coconut milk – it really cut through the hot sauce with ease. The green sauce was fresh and zesty and was perfect for me.
