I had heard about Cali’s on Facebook and Instagram but kept missing the chance to check out her pop up. Eventually I managed to make the trek to try her tacos as she was set up at the McCart Car Wash over on the southeast side of town.

What the tacos lacked in creativity, they made up for with flavor and portion size. The tacos were jam packed with your standard street taco fillings, and definitely resulted in filling me up as well.
