The chorizo was recommended to me as being not very greasy compared to other places. If I’m being honest, it was a little too dry for me. The pollo mole on the other hand was tender, juicy, savory and sweet, rich and complex without being overpowering… a true five-star for my palate. I’d get more if I wasn’t about to visit a bunch of other places…
