Diosa Vegan Taqueria never ceases to amaze with their dual love of plant based food and flavor in general. Their pastor deserved a retry because every time I try after the first time it’s been phenomenal, and they’ve earned five stars.

The governor shrimp really felt and treated like real shrimp, but I’m not sure the shrimp and cheese combo was my jam. Would love to see it paired with the bold pineapple flavor like their pastor instead
