#369: Trompo Pastor from El Patron Tacos y TortasI wasn’t super impressed with the trompo from El Patron but I bet it’s better outside of the rapid-fire taco fest environment.

#373: Bacon Brisket Taco from Dayne’s Craft BarbecueDayne’s Craft Barbecue brought one of the more interesting tacos of the day. The meat has a good crunchy crispy texture that stood out from the crowd.

#366: Smoked Brisket from Red’s Bar-B-QueI didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast tacos but the smoked brisket tacos were pretty decent. The very basic lettuce and cheese belied the smoky and well-seasoned brisket.
