I always feel weird about places that ask you to assemble the food yourself, but regardless what toppings I choose I think the brisket really needed better seasoning. Just adding salt and their peanut chipotle sauce did wonders.
They’re quick and not too pricy but kinda stay stuck in the simple Tex-Mex category.
