Had these brisket tacos yesterday at Austin City Taco Co. Lots of confused friends thinking I was actually in Austin when I told them about these. Nope. On University just north of West 7th in FW, where The Grotto used to be.

Honestly if I knew the tacos would be this good if have encouraged The Grotto to close down sooner. Smoky, savory brisket that was tender but still had some tooth to it. Darn good fixins on each. Revolution just needed a bit more brightness.
