I stumbled upon this truck on the corner of Alta Mere and Camp Bowie West, on the Pep Boys parking lot.

It was terrific smoked brisket with sweet barbecue sauce and crisp lettuce, pickles, and red onion, but for the love of Christ, tacos are NOT CUP SHAPED.
