My day job has a tradition of taking out co-workers that are leaving us. This was a double “last-time lunch” because not only is our data analyst Adria leaving, but the office is moving as well, so this is the last time we’re likely to visit Cristina’s as a group.

Cristina’s (or is it Jonny’s?) brisket tacos are savory and tender, with the cheese offering a salty and creamy accent. The corn tortillas were a bit of a miss though, as they were in that weird flux state of tough with bits of crunch but still pliable.
