My employers have this service called Fooda come to the office daily and do a ‘pop-up’ restaurant of a local restaurant’s wares. Today they had food from Dallas eatery Gators, and had a carne asada taco.

Gators doesn’t have it listed on their actual menu, so I don’t know who to blame for this monstrosity. Bland, chewy beef with no seasoning, cold flour tortillas, and the most basic of toppings. I’m pissed off that I wasted $7 on these.

I normally don’t throw out unsolicited advice here, but today I’m willing to make an exception. Fooda and Gators, don’t do this shit! If you want to make a taco, build on what you already do well. The pulled pork y’all had would’ve been perfect filling for a taco.
