Today was the “Battle of Beyond” where I tried traditional ground beef side by side with Beyond Meat at Taco Cabana.
Both were pretty average; I couldn’t tell the difference in texture but it felt like the Beyond Meat might have been seasoned a bit better to make up for any perceived stigma. Having had an okay experience with the standard hard shell version, I think trying it with the fancier options might be a bigger win in the future.
