Met up with a work friend at HG Sply Co for socially distanced drinks, dinner, and catching up on life. These tacos were a decent play on a BBQ pulled pork sandwich done taco style. They didn’t hit the Tex-Mex vibes I was expecting but they were still pretty good, especially with the house-made pickles.
