At the urging of several local foodies, I tried the tacos from Tres Betos Taqueria last week. Their pastor had more of the spicy notes than the earthy notes that I usually prefer, but overall it was flavorful, well-executed, and decently priced. I’m looking forward to trying their other offerings.
