It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No… it’s a truck — LA Auténtica Birria to be precise! This truck’s birria was highly recommended to my friend Jim of Krazydad fame, and we had to give it a go back when I swung through his neck of the woods.

The consommé was rich and added a good measure of salt to the tacos. The salsa cut the richness to a manageable level and brought in a nice tangy flavor. Very tasty and worth checking out if you’re near them or they’re near you.
