I happened upon Tacos Perez at the Athens Farmers Market while in the area on a weekend getaway. Their truck graphics really caught my eye.

The tripas tacos were a bit on the extra crispy/crunchy side, but were edible with the toppings and sauces provided. I enjoyed the pastor more with its chili-centric flavors, although it didn’t really stand out to me. A good bite nonetheless.
