Birrieria PDX came highly recommended when I asked XOXO folks about taco recs in Portland, and I can see why. The birria is juicy and flavorful, the quesatacos have the right combination of gooey melted cheese and chewy outer layer, the topping proportions were perfect… they were great even without the salsa and the salsa just elevated them further. Excellent spot.
