I’d never heard of black pastor before and even though I’m full, I sprang for one of them as a machete — sorta quesataco style. Lots of cheese and a house-made corn tortillas are always a great start. The cilantro and pineapple were familiar but the seasoning was a savory mix that I couldn’t quite pick apart. It was just really, really tasty, and the combination of salsas balanced it out perfectly. Absolutely a banger. I only wish I saved room to try other stuff from this food hall…
