Friday on my way to Minneapolis/St. Paul, I had a little taco excursion before my flight.

Cantina Laredo had a fantastic Ahi Tuna taco that utilized bold ginger and pickled red onion as well as a creamy and smoky chipotle aioli for some fusion action. Great taco, but the guac fell short and kinda got in the way.
