Leaving town for a hot second, time for airport taco adventures. I’ve never been to a Pappasito’s Cantina before but I’m glad I gave their breakfast menu a try. Super friendly staff, including Julia, who recommended the fajita tacos next visit.

The tacos were really good. I didn’t expect while sausage pieces, and it was tasty, but I think I liked the steak better. It was tender and moist and peppery and the salsa added a light heat and smokiness that rounded out the filling tacos.
