I’m staying at a cool little motel in Santa Fe, New Mexico this weekend and decided to give their vegan breakfast tacos a shot. The sausage/chorizo was a good meat imitation and the tacos overall were tasty and simple. Nothing to write home about, but not too shabby, either.
