I never intended to be a one trick pony, but one of the most consistently good places my friends like to go is Velvet Taco, so here I am with two new entries from the reliable hipster taco joint.


The grilled salmon wasn’t terribly remarkable, with the slaw dominating the flavor profile.

The gochujang pork packed big umami and rich, earthy flavors, earning it a respectable four starts in my eyes.
